 Andrea previously worked in a general practitioner’s office for 8 years and throughout her career, has worked as a receptionist for around 20 years in various settings.

 

Credentials

Andrea obtained her Medical Office Assistant Degree through Academy of Learning in the early 2000’s.

Andrea thoroughly enjoys her CCC role which includes helping clients, working with the hearing aids, providing excellent customer service and working alongside the wonderful coworkers she has had the privilege of meeting at Living Sounds Hearing Centre (now Amplifon). Andrea resides with her daughter Samantha and their crazy little dog Sparkle.

Professional Experience

After a 13-year career in office administration at the University of Alberta, followed by time spent at home with her children, Amanda embarked on a career path in hearing health. Watching family members lose their hearing and the struggles they face because of that loss gave her a desire to educate herself and others about hearing loss.

Credentials

Amanda is a graduate of MacEwan University, receiving her Hearing Aid Practitioner Diploma with Distinction in 2012. She is a Registered Hearing aid Practitioner and Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.

Helping people work through the challenges of hearing loss has become Amanda’s passion and she is pleased to pursue this passion at Living Sounds Hearing Centre (now Amplifon).
