Tania Gora

Tania has worked with Living Sounds Hearing Centre since December 2010 after completing her Masters of Science degree in Audiology and Speech Sciences at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Prior to that she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology & Psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. During her undergrad education she quickly fell in love with the science of perception, which is how she became interested in Audiology and hearing sciences.

A lover of information, she is an avid reader of non-fiction books and listens to Podcasts exploring topics of human behaviour, economics, and motivation. She spends her free time playing with her 2 cats and giant dog, baking desserts, and occasionally exercising. Tania finds joy and fulfilment in building lasting connections with her patients, and takes pride in knowing the work and care that goes into each person’s hearing journey is uniquely tailored to their needs in order to foster success.

She is registered as an Audiologist with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA) and carries certification with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.
